Yes. Fliovoy never connects to your bank account and never sees or stores your card number — your card is saved with Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We hold only a token that lets us charge it for a booking that matches the rules you set, up to the cap you set. You can remove the card any time from your profile.

Fliovoy shows you the cancellation policy before you activate any criteria — and you can set a preference to only book refundable fares. Wanderer and Nomad members get concierge support to help rebook or cancel directly inside the app.

At launch we support all major US carriers and popular international routes. Our engine monitors major airlines and aggregates the best available fares in real time through GDS infrastructure.

You set a route, your dates, and the most you'll pay, then take a 60-second Travel DNA quiz on how you like to fly. FLIO watches your route around the clock, scores every fare against your DNA, and the moment one fits under your cap, it books the ticket and charges your saved card. You just get the confirmation.

One service fee, shown before you save a card and itemized in your confirmation. It covers what our booking partner charges to issue the ticket ($3 plus 1% of the fare), card processing, and your plan’s Fliovoy fee: 0.75% of the fare on Wanderer, 0.5% on Nomad. On a $400 fare that’s $23.47 for Wanderer and $22.40 for Nomad. Your price cap always includes it.

Yes — Nomad plan supports multi-city and group bookings. You can define criteria for multiple travelers and Fliovoy will book when a deal matches for the full group.

Airline cancellations are handled directly by the airline — you receive your refund or rebooking options through the same process as any other ticket. Paid plan members also get Fliovoy concierge support to navigate rebooking quickly.

Founding members get their first month free on any paid plan. Explorer is permanently free: no subscription, and you only pay when we book a flight (we save a card to do that). You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
